Their 1.6cm (16mm) deflated profile can be inserted under vehicle body panels, between collapsed structural elements and into machinery gaps where even the Vetter Mini bag cannot enter. Once inserted, the extremely low air requirement means the bag reaches operating pressure in seconds — creating immediate initial clearance for other rescue tools to follow.

The four Ultra Flat models (UF 1, UF 3, UF 6, UF 10) cover a capacity range from 1 tonne to approximately 10 tonnes at 8 bar operating pressure. This capacity range is appropriate for the initial lift phase of most vehicle extrication scenarios — creating enough clearance to insert standard S.Tec or C-TEC bags for the main lift to full extraction height. Many rescue teams deploy two Ultra Flat bags side by side to increase the effective lifting area across a wider vehicle underbody section.
