The Lukas S 799 E3 is LUKAS's highest-force e³ cutter, delivering a staggering 1,376 kN of cutting force — capable of cutting round steel up to 45 mm. This is the tool of choice when dealing with ultra-high-strength steel (UHSS) and Boron steel B-pillars that defeat lesser cutters. The 204 mm blade opening accommodates heavy structural profiles and thick seatbelt pre-tensioners.
At 24.2 kg it is the heaviest in the e³ cutter range, but still battery-operated and cable-free. LUKAS's Star Grip Control and intelligent dashboard give the operator complete situational awareness. Roll warning, turbo mode, capacity indicator and temperature monitoring are all displayed on the built-in screen. IP 58 rated — works in 3 m of fresh or salt water for up to 60 minutes.
