The Lukas S 378 E3 is a compact, lightweight hydraulic rescue cutter designed for vehicle extrication in confined spaces. As part of the LUKAS e³ battery series, it operates entirely from a removable 9 Ah lithium-ion battery — no hydraulic hoses, no power unit required. Weighing just 17.8 kg, it delivers a cutting force of 760 kN, capable of slicing through round steel up to 33 mm in diameter. The 202 mm blade opening handles door pillars, roof rails and seatbelt tensioners with a single clean cut.
The intelligent dashboard provides real-time feedback on battery charge, pressure range, temperature and roll warning. Turbo mode via the Star Grip control gives extra speed for faster cycle times. IP 58 rated — fully submersible in fresh or salt water down to 3 m for up to 60 minutes.
