About the SP 775 E3

The Lukas SP 775 E3 is a purpose-built wide-opening spreader designed for incidents where heavily deformed bodywork or an abnormally narrow door gap prevents standard spreaders from gaining initial purchase. Its 800 mm blade opening meets the EN 13204:2016 class BS (SP4) requirement — a new standard category introduced specifically for spreaders that combine an 800 mm opening with a minimum 50 kN spreading force.

At 19.7 kg it is lighter than the SP 777 E3 despite the larger opening, making it genuinely one-person portable for the initial approach. Spreading force of 50–698 kN gives progressive control from delicate access work through to heavy structural displacement. The squeezing force of 105 kN and pulling force of 55 kN / 637 mm provide additional capability for seat removal, pedal displacement and interior obstacle management.

Like all LUKAS e³ tools, the SP 775 E3 runs on the shared 25.2 V e³ (CONNECT) battery system and is rated IP 58 — operable submerged, in rain, mud and salt water environments.
