The LUKAS eWXT is a switching power supply designed to be used in place of the e³ battery in any LUKAS E3 hydraulic rescue tool. Plugging the eWXT into a standard 220–240V mains socket gives the tool unlimited runtime — ideal for workshop servicing and maintenance where tools need to run continuously, for training sessions where battery management is not the focus, or for stationary rescue scenarios (for example tunnel rescue or confined space extrication) where mains power is accessible.
The eWXT outputs 25.2V at up to 1,400W — exactly matching the e³ battery voltage — so the tool's Star Grip Control, smart dashboard display and turbo mode all function identically to battery operation. The device is rated IP 67 (dust-tight and submersion-proof), operating in temperatures from −20°C to +45°C. At 3.25 kg it adds minimal weight when carried to a stationary rescue position.
The eWXT does not charge the e³ battery. For vehicle-mounted charging, LUKAS also offers the eWXT/e³ 12–24V battery charger.
