The Lukas CR 522 E3 Crossram is a specialist telescopic cylinder for cross-ramming operations — pressing across the interior of a vehicle to displace the B-pillar, create a rescue opening in a truck cab, or tear away vehicle pillars. With 876 mm of total lift and an extended length of 1,533 mm, it reaches further than any other cylinder in the LUKAS e³ family.
Lifting force of 127 kN on piston 1 (451 mm stroke) and 60 kN on piston 2 (425 mm stroke). An optional 3-piece mechanical extension set adds up to 270 mm, reaching a maximum extended length of 1,800 mm — while maintaining full pressing force, a unique feature in this category. Rotating claws allow repositioning under load. Shares extension set compatibility with the R 320 E3 mini ram. At 20.4 kg it is the largest e³ ram but remains single-operator deployable.
